During this seven-day journey, you will view Mont Blanc, and its surrounding peaks, glaciers and alpine valleys from three different countries as you will hike in the French Alps, Swiss Alps and Italian Alps.
The hike will start in Le Tour, next to Chamonix. Then you will proceed to Trient in Switzerland. The hike goes on with a climb up to the picturesque lake village of Champex and La Fouly. The next stage will be in Italy, in Elena, then to Elizabetha. Back in France, the tour finishes in La Nova.
You will stay in “Mountain huts” also called refuges. Each “Mountain huts” has its own charm and unique character. All offer simple overnight stops for hikers including bunkrooms or double rooms and shared facilities.
This hike can be vehicle or not vehicle supported. You will need to carry a small sized pack with only the clothing and accessories you will need for the duration of hike.
